  • Day 1 Arrival in Liscannor

From your point of arrival, use the public transport information we provide to make the journey to Liscannor.

  • Day 2 Cliffs of Moher Discovery Day

While a section of the Cliffs of Moher Trail is currently closed, we have put together a Cliffs of Moher Discovery Day for you to make sure you still get the best experience of this famous location. In the morning, we arrange a transfer to the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre. There you can explore the most famous 1.5km section of the path and enjoy breath-taking views of the cliffs that rise vertically more than 200m from the sea. After another short transfer, you hike the last 5km of the trail with fabulous sea views to the small village of Doolin, renowned for live Irish music. After your hike, we then arrange for you to explore the Cliffs of Moher from below on a Cliffs of Moher Cruise along the Atlantic coastline from Doolin.

  • Day 3 Fanore (Faunarooska) to Ballyvaughan

    9 Miles / 14.5 Km 4-5 Hrs 720 ft / 220 Metres

Transfer to Fanore in the morning where, from the hills above Fanore, you can enjoy some last views across the Atlantic before crossing the shoulder of Slieve Elva towards the Caher Valley. Another ridge brings you into the fertile Rathborney River Valley. After passing the 16th century Newtown Castle you cross through fields and woodland before arriving in Ballyvaughan, your stop for the night.

  • Day 4 Departure from Ballyvaughan

There is a regular bus service from Ballyvaughan to Galway and from there to Dublin, Limerick and Shannon. Full details provided upon booking.
