Terms and Conditions
1. The online review competition runs from March to October with the draw for the final monthly competition of the year taking place on the second Tuesday of November (for reviews received in October).
2. Only one online review per customer will be counted.
3. In order to redeem the €200 prize discount, the winner must book their tour using the booking form on the website, and let us know about the prize discount in the ‘Extra Nights Required/Other Requests’ field.
4. The prize discount can be applied to one booking only.
5. The prize discount has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The prize discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount vouchers or promotions.
7. The prize discount can only be redeemed on a booking created after the prize winner is notified.
8. If the prize discount is redeemed against a UK tour, the equivalent sterling value will be calculated using the Euro/Sterling exchange rate on the date of booking.
9. In the unlikely event that the preferred tour is unavailable due to high demand, Hillwalk Tours will inform the winner of alternative tour options and endeavour to book a similar tour to the winner’s preferred option.
