1. Redeeming your voucher
Gift codes can be redeemed in the section “Got a Promotional Code? (Optional)” of the Hillwalk Tours Booking Form. The amount of the Gift Voucher will be deducted when paying the remaining balance of the tour.
2. Validity
Gift codes are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Gift codes are valid for one use only and are transferable to a person of your choice.
Gift codes can be used to book any hiking tour sold on www.hillwalktours.com.
3. Non-refundable
Printable gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used by their expiration date.
If the Gift Voucher amount is more than the total remaining balance for a tour, the difference will be refunded through a new gift code.
4. Currency
For hiking tours sold in Pound Sterling (£), the Gift Voucher amount will be converted from EUR (€) into GBP based on the current exchange rate at the time of booking the tour.
5. Limitations
Hillwalk Tours does not post physical gift vouchers. Printable gift vouchers are sent digitally by email in PDF format and can be to be printed at home by the recipient.
Gift codes cannot be used as a deposit as a deposit is necessary to secure a booking.
6. Short-term Bookings
If a booking is made within 6 weeks of the tour start date, the payment must be paid in full, therefore we recommend that customers get in touch with us in order to receive their updated payment balance with the gift code deduction included.
7. Undelivered Email
If the printable Gift Voucher is not received by its recipient, it can be sent out again upon request to the same or different email address.
8. Typos
If the printable Gift Voucher has a typo or the wrong design, it can be modified upon request and sent out again.
9. Print Quality
Printable Gift Vouchers are sent in high quality PDF format. Hillwalk Tours is not responsible of the final print quality, which depends on the printer used by the recipient.
