The Process

➡️ Commission Structure:
- Earn up to €100 / £80 commission per booking.
- A unique commission code (promo code) will be created specifically for your agency. This code must be entered in the designated “Promo Code” field on the Hillwalk Tours booking form when booking.
➡️ Booking Process:
- When booking a tour for your clients, please use their details (names, email address, and phone number) on the booking form. This ensures all correspondence goes directly to the customer.
➡️ Commission Notification:
- You will be notified as soon as a booking is made using your unique commission code. This notification will also be your reminder to send your commission invoice.
➡️ Invoicing:
- To ensure proper financial tracking, we require you to send us a commission invoice for the commission amount owed.
- You can choose to send invoices per commission earned or as a monthly consolidated invoice. This preference will be discussed and agreed upon with you.
➡️ Payment:
- Once we have received your invoice, we will process payment as soon as possible.
