Are you thinking about planning your next vacation? Want to take up some outdoor challenges, want a little adrenaline rush? In this post, we list the top 10 outdoor activities to do in Scotland for you!

1. Navigate the Corryvreckan Whirlpool

Located between the islands of Jura and Scarba, the Strait of Corryvreckan is known for the current caused by the tides.

The tides make the Gulf of Corryvrekan the 3rd biggest whirlpool of the world. The place is remarkable, and worth a look.

Excursions from March to October.

2. Try to spot Nessie in Loch Ness

The Loch Ness Monster is a must see (if you can spot her)! This legendary attraction therefore has to be part of our ranking of the best outdoor activities in Scotland.

Myths and legends around Nessie are still on the rise. And you won’t be the only ones trying to spot the creature on the shores of Loch Ness !

You also have the opportunity to discover the Highlands and walk the entire shores of Loch Ness to our Great Glen Way hiking tours!
